Step 1: Complete the introductory requirements
In order to become an AlwaysCare provider, you must:

- Find a place to practice
- Get liability insurance
- Obtain your NPI number

- Register with CAQH

Step 2: Complete the Plan Specific Requirements
- Visit AlwaysCare website
- Click “Contact Us” at the bottom or email: ProviderRelations@AlwaysCareBenefits.com to find out more plan information
- They will get back to you with information to register as a provider.
