Pentosan polysulfate sodium (PPS) (Elmiron; Janssen Pharmaceuticals) received Federal Drug Administration approval for the treatment of interstitial cystitis in 1996. Recently, reports have surfaced of maculopathy secondary to PPS. Here, we described a case of maculopathy secondary to PPS mimicking pattern dystrophy.

Apremilast was approved for managing oral ulcers associated with BD in 2019. Here, we describe a case with recurrent unilateral uveitis associated with BD that was successfully managed by apremilast.
