Casey Sciandra

Casey Sciandra is a medical student at the New York Institute of Technology College of Osteopathic Medicine with an interest in ophthalmology. She is also pursuing a Masters in Medical Simulation. Casey is actively involved in the Student Government Association and volunteers her time at a Parkinson’s clinic. She graduated from the University of Miami in 2018 with a Bachelor of Science in Biology. Prior to medical school, Casey became EMT certified and worked as a Medical Assistant where she gained hands-on patient experience. She enjoys traveling in her free time and has been to China, Thailand, and Paris.
