Amit Bhambri, OD

Dr. Amit Bhambri is a primary care eye doctor at Shopko Optical in Elgin, IL. He graduated from the Illinois College of Optometry in 2011. His interest in optometry began while studying psychology as one of his two majors while attending undergraduate school at Loyola University of Chicago. From there, he went on to shadow multiple doctors in vision therapy and decided optometry was the right career for him. Amit is passionate about sports, eating foods, pizza (Chicago style is the best!), and always helping those in need. In his free time, he likes exercising, exploring the city of Chicago, and hanging out with new and old friends alike.
